The Tech Trainer is a pneumatic multi-function machine designed to provide a complete body workout. It can be used for hundreds of different exercises, ranging from rehabilitation to sport specific applications. We are currently the only clinic in Canada to own a Tech Trainer.

The Tech Trainer takes the guesswork out of exercise dosing and progression with its unique integration of work (quantity of exercise) and power (quality of exercise) into a progressive paradigm that is three-times more effective for training muscle fatigue resistance than comparable training regimes.

The Tech Trainer is an integral part of the Titleist Performance Program for golf training. It can also be outfitted with baseballs, baseball bats, softballs, tennis racquets and other attachments for specific sport training. It provides very accurate analysis of sport specific training allowing the provider to closely monitor and assess improvements.
